Airport bridge to southbound I-275 progressing well (8/15/2008 photo)

A new bridge and ramp connecting traffic leaving Tampa International Airport directly to southbound I-275 is well on its way to completion. In this October photo, you can see the steel girders already in place. Much has been done since; the bridge is expected to open in mid-to-late January.
