When the eastbound Gandy Blvd. entrance ramp to southbound I-275 is closed: Continue east on Gandy Boulevard, u-turn at the traffic signal at Dr. M.L. King St. N., then go west and use the westbound Gandy Blvd. entrance ramp to southbound I-275 (exits Gandy Blvd. from the right lane).
