About this Project
The Florida Department of Transportation's contractor, Traffic Control Devices, installed Intelligent Transportation System field components as part of the Tampa SunGuide Freeway Management System. This included installation of dynamic message signs, video monitoring cameras, vehicle detection stations, fiber optic communications cable and related components along I-275 from south of 54th Avenue North to Kennedy Boulevard.

Lane closures were allowed as follows:
Northbound and Southbound I-275:
10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Ramp from westbound I-4 to southbound I-75 to be closed several nights
